We are excited to deliver your beautiful Indian fashion finds to you. This policy outlines the shipping timelines you can expect when placing an order with us.

Shipping Costs:

we provide free shipping all over India and for any international orders charges applicable.

Delivery Timelines:

The shipping duration will vary for each product and you can find the estimated delivery time for every product in the description.
Domestic:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, Customers will receive their order within 15 to 20 business days, based on availability.
International:
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, Customers will receive their order within 20 to 25 business days, based on availability.

Please note: These are estimated timelines and may be subject to unforeseen delays due to factors beyond our control, such as occasional service disruptions by courier services. There may be delay for few products which have huge demand due to unexpected reach on social media pages. In such cases, customers will be informed if any production delays occur. 

 

Tracking Your Order:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

You can track your order’s progress on the website track-my-order/ using the provided tracking number.

We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to receive your parcel in the courier service timings (ideally 9am to 8pm IST). In-case of receiver unavailability, the courier executive would attempt to call you. If the calls as well go unattended or unreachable, the parcel would be left at the nearest hub. You can pick it up yourself from the nearest hub. If courier returns, shipping charges of 100 rupees will be deducted in case the customer wants to cancel the order.
