Returns & Exchange Policy

At Labhyaa, every saree is chosen with care and attention to detail. We encourage you to read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for genuine defects or damage.

 

An exchange will be accepted if:

  • The saree has a manufacturing defect, OR
  • The saree is damaged during transit

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • An unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or edits)
  • The saree must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • With original tags intact

Once approved, we will offer:

  • An exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or
  • A store credit (if replacement is unavailable)

 

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Colour variation
  • Fabric texture expectations
  • Slight weaving irregularities (these are part of handcrafted textiles)

Please note: Slight colour differences may occur due to lighting and screen resolution. These are not considered defects.

 

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sarees without an unboxing video
  • Sarees reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Sarees that are worn, washed, or altered
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

    • Order number
    • Clear images/videos showing the issue
    • Unboxing video
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days

Approved exchanges will be processed once the original product is received and inspected.
